Guarantee
SIME sprinklers carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship and only when used according to the instructions provided by SIME. The obligation under warranty is limited to the replacement of parts that have failed in performing normal service and the same has been duly reported by SIME or by SIME agents. The company assumes no responsibility for any loss caused by the blockage of sprinklers. No reimbursements shall be made for labour charges accruing from the either the removal or replacement of the said parts, nor for any travel relating to the reparation / replacement activity without prior authority of SIME.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to the crop resulting from any defect or breach of warranty. SIME can modify or change parts of all its products without any obligation or liability.
